Employee Survey Services The SNB collects statistical data to fulfill its legal tasks and to monitor developments in the financial markets. The Publications and Databases department provides central services in the field of statistics. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and communicative personality to support us in conducting statistical surveys as well as in optimizing and automating the associated workflows. The employment is limited to one year. Your tasks * Optimization and automation of workflows surrounding the survey implementation in coordination with other specialist departments; * Support and assistance for companies subject to reporting obligations in the submission and processing of data reports via the online reporting portal eSurvey; * Collaboration and support in the project for managing data revisions. Your profile * Degree in economics at a university of applied sciences or university or a comparable education; * Experience in process optimization and quality management as well as confident handling of data; * High IT affinity as well as experience in the creation and adaptation of scripts; * Quick comprehension, high quality awareness as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills; * Good communication skills for exchange with companies subject to reporting obligations as well as internal contact persons in German, French and English.
