For our residential group "Blaues Haus" we are looking for a committed and empathetic team leader.

Your tasks ###

• Professional and organizational leadership of a 5-person team
• Individual and appreciative support of 9 residents with cognitive impairments in everyday life
• Planning and coordination of the daily structure and leisure activities
• Responsibility for administrative and organizational tasks
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other areas

Your profile ###

• Completed training in the social or pedagogical field
• Experience in the care of people with support needs
• Initial leadership experience or the willingness to take this step
• Joy in making things happen within the team
• Strong communication skills and organizational talent
• Willingness to support daily operations, including evening, weekend, and on-call duties
