Its mission is to promote staying at home, autonomy, and social integration by offering individualized support in every situation and providing a complete range of services.

With its 5 sites and nearly 550 collaborators, the CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey accompanies more than 5'700 beneficiaries across all 16 communes of the region.

We are looking for our Coteau site, a:

ASSC (60-80%)

Your mission

• You provide care adapted to the patient's needs.
• You administer delegated medico-technical care and basic care.
• You actively participate in your team's dynamics.

Your profile

• CFC in Assistant in Community Nursing and Health (or training deemed equivalent).
• Ability to adapt, sense of listening, and autonomy.
• Mastery of common IT tools; knowledge of Carefolio is an asset.
• Driving license and vehicle indispensable.
