Automation Specialist / Maintenance Technician (m/w/d)

Tasks: • Ensuring smooth operation as well as maintenance, repair, and maintenance of production facilities and technical equipment • Troubleshooting and error correction on electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems • Carrying out preventive maintenance work to increase plant availability • Supporting production as a technical contact person for more complex disruptions (Second-Level-Support) • Participating in optimization and improvement projects in the production and maintenance area • Supporting the implementation of technical projects and plant adjustments • Contributing to the training of apprentices as well as supporting technical projects with junior staff • Ongoing documentation and maintenance of technical documents Requirements: • Completed training as an automation specialist, electromechanic, electrician or in a comparable technical profession • Several years of professional experience in maintenance and maintenance of industrial or production facilities • Experience in troubleshooting as well as in maintenance and optimization of systems • Knowledge in the field of PLC controls is an advantage • Experience in smaller automation or optimization projects is desirable • Good IT user skills • Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working • Team-oriented and resilient personality with high self-responsibility • Very good German language skills, English language skills are an advantage • Willingness for occasional on-call duties
