Sales Advisor Inside Sales – temporary

To temporarily reinforce our team, we are looking for a Sales Advisor Inside Sales with a workload of 60–80 % for HWZ Schweiz AG at the Niederbipp location. Your main tasks:

• Competent telephone customer advice; initial contact points with the material wood are an advantage
• Receiving and processing inquiries and orders
• Project support from the offer to the delivery
• Hub function between field service, customers and suppliers
• General administrative tasks in the inside sales team

Your profile:

• Completed manual or commercial vocational training; experience in a wood-processing company is an advantage
• Professional experience in sales or trade is an advantage
• Negotiation skills in exchange with customers and suppliers
• High service orientation, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Good MS Office skills; SAP skills are an advantage
• Confident German in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
• Enjoyment of sales and trade
