As part of a planned succession solution, we are commissioned to find a member of the management team with development prospects as CEO for Tomaro AG. After a thorough introduction by the long-standing Managing Director, you will take over the overall responsibility for the strategically and operationally sustainable further development of the company in the medium term. You manage the financial planning, including budget, cost, and investment management, and actively participate in marketing planning as well as its implementation. In addition, you are responsible for the professional management and further development of the properties, with a focus on full occupancy, value preservation, and targeted maintenance measures. As a personality with leadership potential and high social competence, you promote employees and company culture equally and create a motivating work environment. Towards tenants, investors, the Board of Directors, and external partners, you represent the company confidently, drive innovations forward, and act in a solution-oriented and decisive manner even in demanding situations.
