Your activities...
Main tasks PROJECT MANAGEMENT (approx. 60%)
Overall responsibility: Technical, commercial and scheduled processing of demanding projects in building automation (MSRL / building control technology).
Project management: Leading the project team (engineering, software, assembly) as well as coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
Quality and cost control: Monitoring project progress, budget responsibility, claim management and ensuring quality standards.
Commissioning and handover: Accompanying system tests and official handover of the systems to the customers.
Main tasks Key Account Management (approx. 40%)
Customer care: Strategic and operational support of assigned key accounts (e.g. public clients, planners, large investors etc.)
Relationship building: Identifying market potentials and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers as well as targeted new customer acquisition.
Consulting and conception: Technical consulting of the key accounts in the development of smart, energy-efficient and future-proof building concepts.
Quotation management: Creation of technically and commercially sound offers as well as conducting contract negotiations until completion with the assigned key accounts in cooperation with sales.
Additional tasks
Taking on additional tasks in a position of responsibility or in a working group.
Planning of GA- projects and automation solutions.
Maintenance of orders in ERP and CRM systems.
Assistance in the area of creating templates in the field of automation and / or documentation and work tools.
Competencies
All competencies in consultation with the division management and the GL that serve to achieve the target specifications.
What do you bring with you...
For the execution of this exciting activity, you bring the following characteristics:
Technical basic training, possibly further training TS or an equivalent training
Completed apprenticeship as a building informatics technician, automation technician or electrician
Experience in heat, refrigeration and energy technology is an advantage
Independent, proactive way of working
It is no trouble for you to learn and support further technical applications and you feel at home in a dynamic environment.
Sound knowledge and experience with Saia SBC are of particular advantage
