Your area of responsibility: In this new key function, you are decisively responsible for the further development of the pension fund in the market and responsible for:

• Professional and personnel leadership of the customer service department
• Ensuring customer loyalty and customer acquisition
• Personal advice & support of corporate clients and brokers
• Customer visits throughout Switzerland
• Elaborating pension solutions and offers including presentation to the customer
• Market observation and market analysis
• Preparation of business for the Board of Trustees and participation in its meetings

Your profile: The rapid and successful takeover of the above-mentioned tasks require:

• mandatory professional experience in the areas of customer service, advisory and sales in the environment of pensions, social insurance or collective personal insurance
• further training in the areas of marketing, sales or occupational provision
• German native language; good French skills, Italian skills an advantage
• upbeat, winning and customer-oriented personality
• enjoyment and experience in dealing with modern IT tools
