You embody our values to our clients and thus ensure every day that visitors and employees feel welcome from the very first moment, answering their questions, requests, and wishes with professionalism and attention. What awaits you ### • Welcoming and accompanying clients, suppliers, guests, and visitors • Ensuring the proper operation of the telephone switchboard • Management of conference room reservations • Ensuring the setup and service in conference rooms • Management of the reception email inbox • Monitoring of cafeterias in employee spaces • Maintenance of premises standards (general condition and cleanliness) • Management of mail, DHL, and other carriers • Assistance during events (ordering meals, drinks, helping with service if necessary) • Management of the stockroom (office supplies and material stock) • Processing of various administrative tasks What you bring ### • Holder of a diploma in the field of hospitality • Proven experience in a similar reception position in an international environment/luxury industry (minimum 3 years) - strongly desired • Mastery of spoken and written French (minimum C1 level) • Mastery of spoken and written English (minimum C1 level) • Very good skills in the use of common IT tools (MS Office) • Strong service orientation • Excellent organizational skills • Team spirit, versatility • Ease in contacts, friendliness • Excellent presentation • Discretion Ready for us?
