HVAC Project Manager 100%

Mission :

• Manage and pilot HVAC projects from study to acceptance of works
• Ensure the technical, financial, and administrative follow-up of construction sites
• Coordinate internal teams, partners, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety requirements
• Participate in site meetings and ensure relations with the various stakeholders
• Elaborate execution files in collaboration with the Technical Office
• Participate in the establishment of offers, tenders, and commercial negotiations
• Follow costs, invoicing, margins, and project profitability
• Coordinate purchases related to construction sites and participate in the choice of suppliers
• Develop and maintain commercial relations with clients and partners

Profile :

• CFC as a heating installer or as a building technology designer (heating)
• Higher education (federal brevet, federal master, or ES diploma) is an asset
• Confirmed experience in the management and follow-up of HVAC projects, ideally on large-scale projects
• Solid skills in technical and financial project management
• Excellent organizational, anticipation, and coordination skills
• Comfortable with usual IT tools (Office); Win-OD and AutoCAD are advantages
• Autonomous, responsible, pragmatic, and solution-oriented personality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• French native language, German B2 or more appreciated
