About the role ##

As a Rental Management Assistant, you act as a key interface between real estate agencies and internal services.

Tasks ##

The role combines the administrative management of the rental cycle and the legal follow-up of litigation and debt collection files in collaboration with a legal expert.

• Process communications and ensure rigorous follow-up of rental files
• Coordinate tenant move-in and move-out processes
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework regarding rents
• Manage payment defaults, debt collection, and legal proceedings
• Monitor litigation reports and manage criminal complaints
• Ensure internal coordination with legal and technical services
• Produce administrative reporting and ensure documentary follow-up

We are looking for ##

• Experience in rental management and litigation
• Federal Diploma of Real Estate Manager or an equivalent qualification

To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows:

• Organization
• Ability to assert oneself
• Autonomy and rigor
