For the Vocational Counseling team / Integration Department of the IV-Stelle, we are looking for a motivated and experienced personality as

Specialist for IV Vocational Counseling (80 - 100 %)

immediately or by arrangement

What you will achieve

• Counseling and support in career finding for young people and adults with physical and mental impairments
• Determining the service profile of the insured through professionally competent clarification
• Implementation of integration plans with the affected persons
• Preparation of reports and analysis of medical documents as well as enjoyment of administrative work
• Execution of the complex IV process in cooperation with schools, employers, institutions, doctors, and other external and internal specialist agencies

What you bring

• University degree in psychology or a related field and/or several years of professional experience in the counseling and support of persons with impairments
• Further training in vocational, study, and career counseling is an advantage
• Knowledge of the social insurance system
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; French is an advantage
• Car driver's license with car or Mobility subscription as well as place of residence in the region
• Personal responsibility, good work organization and team orientation
• Enjoyment of customer contact
