Head of Service 80% - 100%

The tibits family in Bern at Gurtengasse is looking for a new member to support the dedicated team at an 80-100% workload.

Your tasks:

• Operational responsibility & troubleshooting for the operation during your shift
• Scheduling, leadership & coaching of approx. 6 - 8 employees per shift
• Creating daily reconciliations including daily closing
• Daily completion of smaller administrative tasks
• Ordering & goods receipt incl. delivery note control
• Taking the monthly inventory
• Taking over an employee shift at regular intervals
