Mitarbeiter Praktikumsbüro – Internship Coordinator 100 % m/w/i

An important building block for the success of our students and the quality of our offering for young people from all over the world is our Internship Department.

Our goal is to screen every student individually and specifically and to find as precisely as possible the internship or position that meaningfully continues their personal and professional development. At the same time, we want to provide our industry partners with exactly the students who fit their requirements and their company.

Do you have a customer-oriented, professional appearance and are you interested in working with young people from different countries? Do you work accurately, reliably, independently, empathetically and are able to work in a team? Are you also flexible and resilient and do you think in networks? Do you have training or a degree in the field of hotel management and gastronomy, a commercial apprenticeship and/or experience in the administrative area and do you communicate fluently in German and English, both spoken and written? The company language is mostly English. Your first professional experience in a similar function, ideally in hotel management or personnel consulting, completes the candidate profile.

Your versatile area of responsibility primarily includes the preparation and placement of students for their internship within our international network. You accompany and guide the students through the entire recruitment process and are available for their concerns during the practical training.

This also includes visiting students and employers during the internship, intervention in case of problems and creating the required official documents as well as the acquisition of new business partners in your assigned region.

We offer modern employment conditions as well as a successful and collegial team in an international environment. If you can already see yourself in this position within our company, we are interested in you.
