Activities:

• Maintenance, repair, and servicing of machines and production facilities
• Rectification of malfunctions and mechanical problems during ongoing operations
• Ensuring operational readiness and plant availability
• Collaboration in general facility and building maintenance
• Support in the maintenance and testing of manual welding machines
• Procurement and management of spare parts as well as their custom manufacture if required
• Documentation of work and orders in the IT systems
• Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental specifications

Requirements:

• Completed technical basic training, preferably as a Polymechaniker/in or Maschinenmechaniker/in EFZ
• Sound practical experience in the maintenance of industrial machines and production facilities
• Good technical understanding and experience in the analysis and rectification of mechanical malfunctions
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge in the maintenance and control of welding systems and devices
• Proficient use of digital applications for work planning, order entry, and documentation
• Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible personality
