As part of their development, we are looking for a real estate broker to strengthen the team.

Real estate broker (M/F) - 100% - Genève

Your mission:

In close collaboration with the General Manager, you will intervene in the entire process of selling real estate in the canton of Genève:

• Prospecting and developing a portfolio of properties for sale
• Estimation of real estate properties
• Organization and conducting of viewings
• Support for clients (sellers and buyers) throughout the process
• Negotiation and monitoring of transactions until signing
• Participation in the enhancement of properties (photos, advertisements, etc.)

Your profile:

• 3 to 8 years of experience in real estate sales (Geneva market mandatory)
• Very good personal network in the canton of Genève
• Developed commercial sense and taste for field work
• Intrapreneurial, resilient, dynamic, and hard-working personality
• Autonomy, rigor, and loyalty
