On behalf of one of our clients, a recognized medico-social establishment (EMS) in the Riviera vaudoise region, we are looking for a: Registered Nurse – EMS | 80% Within a dynamic and caring multidisciplinary team, you will actively contribute to the quality of life and well-being of the residents. Your main responsibilities will be: Ensure nursing care in compliance with good professional practices. Assess the health status of residents and participate in the development of care plans. Guarantee clinical follow-up and the transmission of essential information. Accompany residents as well as their loved ones with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate closely with the care teams, doctors, and various care partners. Participate in the promotion of autonomy and the maintenance of the residents' quality of life. Your profile HES Registered Nurse diploma or an equivalent title. For foreign diplomas: Swiss Red Cross (CRS) recognition mandatory. Previous experience in EMS, geriatrics, or psychogeriatrics is a real asset. Sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy.
