SONNHALDE in Grünigen is an innovative company that belongs to the Peter di Gallo AG companies. Our nursing and care center with a focus on psychiatry in long-term care has around 300 beds, distributed across 14 wards with a total of 320 employees.

Activation Specialist

(Workload 60% - 80%)

Your tasks ##

• Planning and implementation of resource-oriented groups
• Planning and implementation of knitting groups, cooking group, baking group, aromatherapy, creative atelier
• Development and implementation of your own creative ideas and projects
• Design of seasonal decorations
• Planning and implementation of events, occasions, and excursions
• Collaboration with the activation team and the various areas of SONNHALDE
• Interdisciplinary exchange
• 2-3 shifts per year on weekends.

You bring with you ##

• Experience in activation - shaping everyday life, groups, joy, and experience in creative design
• A creative, open, and resourceful personality
• Experience in working with people with mental impairments
• Empathy, teamwork skills, and joy in working with people
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Flexibility and joy in cooperating within a team
• Training in the field of activation or social work, as well as a creative and manual flair.
• Experience with electronic patient documentation (Care Coach) is an advantage.
