Project Manager Retail Construction 100% 100% # Real Estate Sursee Your area of responsibility ### • Coordinate branch projects: Organization and support of new setups as well as restructuring of existing branches in close cooperation with internal stakeholders • Retail construction ordering: Responsibility for the management of retail construction orders and ensuring timely processing • Maintain digital tools: Administration and further development of the ordering app for retail construction as well as support for users in daily business • Support material procurement: Ensuring material availability and representation within the team for procurement tasks • Coordination & communication: Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners for a smooth process of the projects Your profile ### • Professional basis: Experience in project coordination, ideally in retail construction, interior design or as a carpenter project manager • Organizational talent: Structured and reliable way of working as well as enjoyment of coordinating multiple tasks and interfaces • Communication strength: Proficient German in spoken and written form; French and/or Italian is an advantage • Digital affinity: Confident handling of digital tools and interest in the maintenance and further development of applications • Flexibility: Readiness for Switzerland-wide assignments (approx. 40%), without overnight stays • Mobility: Driver's license category B Look forward to ### OTTO-S Family Owner-managed family environment.
