Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager 60-70% What you will achieve with us You take responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruitment process, especially for specialized IT and software roles, but also for the areas of Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. You ensure a first-class Candidate Experience from the initial contact and continuously optimize our processes for an excellent Candidate Journey. You conduct initial interviews together with the hiring managers and use structured, competency-based interviews to sustainably secure the quality of our hires. You take care of the ongoing identification and evaluation of new Active Sourcing and Talent Acquisition platforms. Where useful, you carry out ongoing Talent Acquisition activities to expand our talent pools and specifically approach talents in networks such as LinkedIn via Active Sourcing. You are ready to collaborate on topics such as Employer Branding or the career page in the medium term.
