You ensure the entire re-rental process, participate in construction projects, and delight the tenants of your real estate portfolio every day as a contact person. What you can achieve Management of your own portfolio with residential and commercial properties Personal contact with internal and external stakeholders and partners Execution of the entire re-rental process Preparation of rental agreements, addenda and service charge statements Participation in construction projects What you bring with you Completed basic commercial training or equivalent training (e.g., commercial school). Further training in the field of real estate as a real estate manager with federal diploma (eidg.
