In this versatile role, you will design and optimize the sales processes of the HOLY FASHION GROUP. You will analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with the relevant departments to develop effective and future-oriented solutions.

As the central point of contact between Customer Service, Sales, and other departments such as Finance, Logistics, and Purchasing, you will gather process requirements, evaluate them, and oversee their implementation. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, testing, and documentation of new processes as well as the development of existing processes. Furthermore, you will prepare relevant analyses and reports to serve as a basis for informed management decisions and promote the continuous optimization of our data and process landscape.

Experience and required skills:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field - or, alternatively, a very solid commercial apprenticeship
• Initial professional experience in business analysis, sales, operations, or a similar field
• A strong aptitude for numbers and data, as well as an enthusiasm for identifying patterns and formulating concrete recommendations
• Excellent Excel skills and, ideally, experience with SAP S/4HANA as well as other reporting or BI tools
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work with a high standard of quality
• An interest in conceptual topics and a passion for the active development of processes and workflows
• Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively bring together various stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral proficiency in German and good written and oral proficiency in English
