Project Manager Strategy & Initiatives The Migros is in transition - and you are helping to shape it. In the Strategy Team of Migros Supermarkt AG, you will develop forward-looking initiatives at the interface of strategy, sales, logistics, and innovation. You will work on central strategic issues, lead cross-departmental projects, and bring ideas into implementation. What you drive You support the Head of Sales as well as the Head of Format and Operator Strategy with strategic issues, concepts, and management assignments of high relevance You perform complex analyses and prepare results in decision-making bases, presentations, business cases, and strategy documents tailored to the target audience You lead demanding projects and short-term management assignments along the entire value chain - particularly at the interfaces of sales, logistics, and operations as well as in the area of Artificial Intelligence You develop innovative initiatives, lead their implementation, and accompany the scaling until handover to the organization You work closely with regional cooperatives and various specialist departments and ensure effective steering of strategic initiatives What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) Field of study: preferably in business administration, economics, management, strategy, innovation, or a comparable course of study Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in strategy consulting or in a comparable function in the consumer goods environment You convince with strong analytical and conceptual skills and penetrate even complex issues profoundly You possess high mental agility, think in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and drive topics forward with a strong focus on realization You bring in-depth experience in data analysis and interpretation and are enthusiastic about digitalization, new technologies, and innovative business models You develop reliable and high-quality decision-making bases even in demanding situations You work independently, appear confidently towards management and specialist departments, and communicate clearly, appropriately to the target audience, and convincingly German (B2) English (C1) French (A2) Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS) What we offer you Central workplace: Central workplace in the city of Zürich (Limmatplatz or near Hardbrücke) Social benefits: Attractive employment conditions with very good social benefits Club school and leisure facilities: 70% discount on Migros Klubschule offers, 30% discount for fitness/wellness/aquaparks Leisure and cultural offers: As a main sponsor of runs and events, Migros offers employees limited places at half price.
