Your contribution

• Assume responsibility for the strategy, profitability, and sustainable development of the assigned real estate portfolio and handle the long-term management of the real estate assets
• Collaborate on the real estate strategy of the Federal Civil Administration, define the strategic requirements of projects, and develop possible sustainable solutions that meet needs
• Plan and manage credits related to projects of a specific portfolio, evaluate credit applications, ensure financing, and launch strategic projects as well as the maintenance program
• Provide advice in German and French to departments and offices on strategic issues, evaluate their needs, conduct negotiations, and create decision-making bases for the competent bodies
• Communicate the decisions of the UFCL and ensure their concrete implementation, as well as represent the interests of the UFCL at a strategic level with internal and external partners

What distinguishes you

• University degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in the fields of real estate management, architecture, construction, business administration, or a related discipline
• Several years of experience in the strategic management of real estate, portfolios, and projects, as well as proven experience in conducting complex projects and collaborating with various stakeholder groups
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, strong competence in the economic-business sector, and the ability to quickly understand connections and design sustainable solutions
• Confident and persuasive attitude, excellent consulting skills, as well as the ability to bring together different interests and confidently support certain decisions even in complex situations
• Excellent knowledge of two official languages; knowledge of a third official language is an advantage

In this function, you will play a central role in the strategic development of a complex real estate portfolio of the Federal Civil Administration. You will thus make an important contribution to the sustainable, need-oriented, and future-oriented sector of real estate asset management.
