Nursing Assistant SRK (m/f/d)

Our client is an established Swiss company in the field of elderly care and support, which employs around 4'300 employees as the largest integrated provider of services in old age. Outpatient and inpatient offers transition seamlessly into one another, so that residents benefit from a comprehensive and flexible range of care services. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Nursing Assistant SRK, starting immediately or as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Independently maintain documentation of nursing services
• Support with meals and daily structuring
• Ensure compliance with applicable hygiene regulations
• Execution of domestic tasks in the residential area
• Participation in a well-coordinated nursing team
• Execution of individual basic care as required

Your profile

• Completed training as a nursing assistant or SRK
• German language skills orally and in writing at B2 level
• Practical experience in a comparable function desirable
• Ideally prior experience in long-term care
• Patient, reliable and friendly personality
• Joy in interacting with seniors
• Teamwork skills for collaboration in a small team
• Independent and careful way of working with documentation
