YOUR TASKS

• Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for the entire room management
• You receive and support our patients upon admission as well as during the entire stay
• Within the framework of service management, you respond to the wishes and needs of our patients and their guests and work together with nursing, kitchen, reception, and housekeeping
• You order meals according to medical guidelines using the electronic ordering system Cuvos and serve them
• You are responsible for a comfortable atmosphere in the rooms and responsible for the room setup according to insurance classes
• For our services, you ensure correct billing
• Willingness to work in the Guest Services areas (reception, guest relation, and gastronomy)

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in the hotel or gastronomy industry
• You have the "host gene" anchored in your DNA
• Very good German skills are required for this activity, any additional foreign language is welcome
• High social competence as well as reliability characterize you
• You are a communicative, service-oriented, tech-savvy, and sociable personality
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and appreciate the advantages of weekend shifts as well as irregular working hours
