Who are we?
HOLINGER designs and implements innovative solutions to meet the technical and scientific challenges of the water cycle. HOLINGER Switzerland has nearly 490 employees distributed across about twenty sites. Within multidisciplinary teams, they put their expertise at the service of regional and international projects.
To strengthen our team in Ecublens, we are looking for a qualified and motivated person as
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS
You can make a difference
You will take charge of the direction of works for small and large infrastructure projects in the fields of sanitation and/or drinking water supply as well as in the field of civil engineering (road infrastructure, earthworks and reinforced concrete)
You will assist our project managers in the planning, tendering and design of execution (phases 3 to 5 SIA regulation 103) and work in close collaboration with our draftsmen and draftswomen
You maintain contacts with companies, suppliers, our clients and associations
Your skills are
You have completed full training as a director of works, site manager, building technician or civil engineer
You have practical experience in the fields of construction technology, network construction and/or industrial pipelines and civil engineering, possibly acquired in a company or with a supplier.
You have several years of professional experience and are used to dealing with clients, authorities and companies in French-speaking Switzerland
You like working in a team and are ready to take on responsibilities
You love your job and you love to pass on your knowledge
You feel comfortable communicating in French, German is a plus
You do not meet all these criteria, but you are open and interested in learning new things
