Nurse

To complete our team, we are looking for a nurse wishing to align themselves with the philosophy of Sans Souci, where we accompany each person from where they are, from their resources, their choices, and their aspirations, in an approach oriented towards recovery, self-determination, and harm reduction.

Nurse at 80%-100%

Start date: as soon as possible or by agreement

Schedule: continuous + weekends and on-call duties

Working at Sans-Souci means:

• Accompanying people living with mental health disorders in their recovery journey and their life projects.
• Developing a global, individualized, and non-judgmental support relationship, which recognizes the experience, choices, resources, and aspirations of each person.
• Supporting self-determination and empowerment, by building responses with the person that take into account their priorities, their abilities, but also the risks they choose to take.
• Integrating one's practice into a harm reduction approach, particularly regarding consumption, by prioritizing dialogue, pragmatism, and the search for adapted strategies rather than an exclusively prescriptive logic.
• Co-constructing rehabilitation and reintegration projects with the residents, in partnership with their network and the various professionals involved.
• Evolving in a dynamic, interdisciplinary work environment that is open to initiative, allowing for varied, creative, and reflective practice.
• Benefiting from the working conditions provided by the CCT of the Vaudois parapublic sector.

We are looking for:

• A nurse with experience in psychiatry, holding a Bachelor of Science in nursing or a degree deemed equivalent.
• A professional who shares a vision of support oriented towards recovery, recognizing the person as an actor in their journey, their choices, and their life project, including when these involve a degree of risk.
• A person capable of adopting a benevolent, non-judgmental posture that respects self-determination, while seeking the balance between empowerment, safety, and professional responsibility.
• A professional comfortable with a harm reduction approach, capable of accompanying consumption and risk-taking with pragmatism, without trivialization or a moralizing posture.
• An autonomous, flexible, and creative person, capable of questioning their practices, adapting to situations, and building individualized responses rather than systematically applying standardized responses.
• Finally, a professional who appreciates interdisciplinary and partnership-based work, the constructive confrontation of perspectives, and co-construction with the residents and their network
