You too?     What awaits you • Passionate commitment to the customers and AXA • Telephone-based solution-oriented and personal 180° advice for insurance customers • Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships • Mediation of further products (finance and pension, health services) • Acquisition of new customers (using modern as well as digital aids and existing AXA-internal processes) • Active scheduling for the field service employees   What you bring with you • Completed vocational training as well as professional experience in the service sector or ideally in the insurance industry • Passed intermediary examination (VBV) is an advantage • If no intermediary examination (VBV) is present - the willingness to complete this and to undergo regular further training • Professionals and career changers with appropriate performance records are welcome • Being anchored in the region is an advantage • Convincing appearance and good articulation skills • Joy in telephone consultation and in scheduling for field service colleagues • Winning and resilient personality combined with a high customer & service orientation • High degree of independence and flexibility • Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, other languages are an advantage • Joy in modern and contemporary digital tools   What we offer you   We create framework conditions that give you space to develop yourself and fully exploit your potential.
