In this varied and responsible position, you will take technical responsibility for demanding customer environments and make a significant contribution to the further development of modern IT workstations. You will plan, implement, and operate professional customer platforms and accompany technical projects as well as changes from conception to successful implementation.

Your area of responsibility includes analyzing new requirements regarding technical feasibility and developing suitable solution concepts. In addition, you analyze malfunctions and error states, initiate appropriate measures, and ensure their sustainable rectification. In doing so, you work closely with customers as well as internal specialists and actively contribute to the stability and further development of the IT infrastructures.

For this position, you have several years of experience as a System Engineer and have continuously expanded your expertise through appropriate initial and further training in the IT environment. You bring sound knowledge in the Microsoft Server and Client environment and have practical experience with Microsoft Azure Services, Active Directory, as well as Microsoft 365.

Additionally, you possess good knowledge in the area of Exchange On-Premises and/or Exchange Online. An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working characterizes you as much as your high customer and service orientation. You communicate confidently in German; good English skills are an advantage.
