After-sales Service Technician

Young company based in Neuchâtel active in the repair/maintenance of industrial machines (CNC), automotive repair, and the driving of vehicles and machines of all kinds, seeking immediately or as agreed:

After-sales Service Technician on CN lathes (numerical controls), 80-100%.

Your tasks:

• Troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, preparation for moving, and commissioning of automated lathes (main activity)
• Travel to clients throughout Switzerland and in the periphery
• Customer relations: sense of listening, clear communication
• Repair and maintenance on vehicles or construction machinery (small rate, to be agreed)
• Driving of vehicles and machines (to be agreed, depending on licenses and experience)
• Versatility in all sorts of work

Your skills:

• Holder of a CFC/training as an automation technician, polymechanic, mechatronics technician (auto, PL, construction, agricultural, RM), or all equivalent training/knowledge
• Skills in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics. Ability to read diagrams, mastery of digital tools (PC)
• Autonomous and rigorous, motivated by challenge
• Flexible and dynamic
• Calm temperament and good resistance to stress
• Category B driving license mandatory. Heavy vehicle license (cat. C/CE) would be an asset
• Good level in spoken and written French OR German (bilingual a big plus). Applications in German are welcome!
