What you will achieve with us

• Ensuring professional care and support within the key person system
• Creation of the care plan in critical and complex care situations according to the wishes of the residents as well as the recording of care-specific services
• Organization of the doctor's visit and interdisciplinary cooperation
• House responsibility as a tertiary specialist
• Participation in quality assurance and collaboration in projects

What you bring with you

• Training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH or an equivalent training
• Joy in taking on professional leadership and responsibility
• Open, empathetic and proactive personality with strong social competence, who enjoys advocating for elderly people
• Very good oral and written expression
