Within the Life Insurance Department, and in order to strengthen the Sickness Loss of Earnings (PGM) service, we are looking for a Group Leader Sickness Loss of Earnings between 80 and 100%, based in Lausanne. The role involves, on the one hand, the leadership of a team of specialized managers and on the other hand, the management of claims files. The missions awaiting you: Provide your support and technical advice to your employees in files Organize and coordinate the work of your group: holding team meetings, bilateral meetings, organization of replacement plans, etc. Actively participate in the weekly meetings of the service executives and collaborate closely with the head of service as well as the other group leaders Train your employees (10 people) and ensure the correct application of management rules Plan, organize and control the processing of benefit cases of your team and actively participate in the improvement and simplification of processing procedures Autonomously and proactively process part of the claim cases from your own client portfolio (from opening and in close collaboration with medical advisors and our Care Managers) Maintain regular contact with partners, the insured, employers and healthcare providers Your profile: Federal diploma in insurance or a title deemed equivalent Confirmed experience in the field of PGM benefits Experienced leader, recognized for your ability to mobilize teams, to establish a positive working atmosphere and to promote employee development, while making effective decisions in demanding environments French native speaker, a very good command of Italian is an asset Comfortable with standard IT tools (MS Office) If you are also an invested, organized leader, a person of initiative and demonstrate a strong customer orientation and have a positive character, then you are probably the person we are looking for!
