Head of Infrastructural Building Management

As Head of Infrastructural Building Management, you will take over the technical and personnel management of a dedicated team and be responsible for the infrastructural management of our properties. You will ensure a cost-effective, sustainable and user-oriented operation and represent the interests of the organization in construction, maintenance and renovation projects. ### Your tasks • Personnel and technical management of five employees • Organization and management of in-house services for smaller construction projects, maintenance work and relocations • Planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance, renovation and optimization projects • Project management and client representation for construction measures • Responsibility for contract management, order management as well as acceptance of work and guarantees, and defect management • Assumption of operator responsibility in the assigned area of responsibility • Planning and coordination of internal and external space utilization • Organization and monitoring of internal relocations with internal or external service providers Your profile • Completed technical or craft basic training (e.g. construction, building technology or similar) • Further training in facility management, building management or construction, preferably as FM manager, dipl.
