Key position with leadership responsibility in a successful industrial company Our Client Our client is the subsidiary of an internationally active corporate group in the construction and industrial sector. The corporate group is present at several locations in Switzerland and in European foreign countries. As part of a succession arrangement, we are exclusively searching for an entrepreneurially minded, analytically convincing, and responsible leadership personality for the headquarters in the Bern area. Head of Controlling (m/f/d) Your Role As Head of Controlling, you report directly to the CFO and lead a team of four employees at the headquarters. Furthermore, you functionally manage the controllers of selected smaller subsidiaries in Switzerland and in European foreign countries. Your Tasks At the center of your responsibility are the leadership of the team, the coordination of the decentralized controlling functions and, together with your employees, the responsibility for the following tasks: Preparation of multi-year financial plans Development of the primary and secondary budgets of the subsidiaries and the group Steering of investment and project controlling Development of sound business plans for new business areas and production plants Preparation of key figures (KPIs), reportings, and decision-making bases for the GL and VR Support and coordination of monthly and annual financial statements In close exchange with the controlling managers of the subsidiaries, you coordinate cross-cutting topics. You support the CFO in selected projects and stand by the management as a competent contact and sparring partner for business administration issues.
