To implement our inclusive living and area concept, we are looking for an engaged and proactive personality as Specialist Agogics (HF/FH) 80-100% You will take over the technical leadership of assistance tasks in the areas of living and daily activities and complement the agogic support. In the chance process towards inclusive living and life, you will support our employees in care and nursing professionally in all agogic questions. You ensure the high-quality implementation of the agogic mandate, discuss individual needs of clients with the teams, develop action strategies for challenging situations together and recognize training and education needs in assistance work. As a member of the Agogics specialist committee, you will further develop concepts and processes, initiate and lead projects for service development and report directly to the Managing Director.
