PROJECT MANAGER (M/W/D)

You take over the overall planning, control and implementation of store construction projects - from the concept phase to the turnkey handover. You are responsible for adhering to schedules, budgets and quality standards and make well-founded decisions independently during the project. You control and coordinate internal as well as external project participants (Key Account, Design, Production, Assembly) and act as a central interface. You monitor the project progress, identify risks at an early stage and initiate appropriate measures proactively. You are regularly on the road within Switzerland and lead projects directly on the construction site or at the customer. You communicate safely with customers and partners - also in English or French - and ensure a smooth process. You have completed a technical training in the field of wood, metal or related disciplines (e.g. carpenter, HF wood technology). You bring several years of experience in project management, ideally in store construction or a comparable environment. You convince through pronounced organizational strength, assertiveness and independence. You work in a structured way, are solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex projects. You are a strong communicator and appreciate teamwork. You are willing to travel in the Swiss area and feel safe in direct customer contact.
