L'Office de la santé is a central and versatile service of the Département de la justice, de la sécurité et de la santé of the canton of Grisons. It applies federal and cantonal ordinances and thus contributes significantly to a high-quality, safe and sustainable healthcare offering in the canton. The office is divided into the following specialized areas: health promotion and prevention, cantonal medical service, authorization and quality, rescue, legal service as well as the staff.

For the staff of the Office de la santé, we are looking from January 2027 or by agreement for a financial controller with expertise in data analysis.

Your area of responsibility

• On-site controls (including reports) with institutions receiving contributions from the health sector in the fields of hospital statistics, cost accounting, general accounting as well as specific controls in accordance with legal prescriptions (teaching and research, emergency and sanitary transport service, training and development of nursing staff) for the determination of contributions
• Autonomous execution of data analyses for the preparation of statistics as well as the development of this field
• Calculation and allocation of contributions to providers for practical training in nursing professions
• Development of service agreements with institutions receiving contributions as well as preparation of requests to the government
• Autonomous execution of financial monitoring work within the framework of current prescriptions

What we expect from you

• Higher economic training or corresponding professional diploma or solid commercial training with additional training in finance and accounting
• Ability for rapid assimilation, analytical mind and strong affinity with numbers
• Autonomous and precise work
• Personal initiative, commitment, assertiveness and communication skills
• Confident mastery of MS Office programs and AI tools; experience with data analysis applications is an asset
• Excellent written and oral expression in German; good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
