Your responsibilities ##

• You manage production system projects in the field of manufacturing and assembly. In this capacity, you are the main interlocutor for other departments (production, IT, methods, quality, etc.), you lead and support cross-functional project teams, and you ensure the financial monitoring of projects.
• You guarantee the configuration, maintenance, and technical evolution of the production system. In addition to ensuring its daily operation, you actively contribute to its continuous improvement and modernization in order to optimize industrial performance.
• You develop tools and methods, as well as new production technologies.
• You provide support for the development of system/machine and system/system interfaces.
• You guarantee the quality, consistency, and reliability of production data and key performance indicators (KPI).
• You communicate the progress and results of projects to stakeholders.

Your profile ##

• You hold an engineering degree in a technical field.
• You have initial professional experience in the implementation of production software and systems.
• Experience in an industrial environment is a considerable asset.
• Skills in object-oriented programming and databases (SQL, etc.) are a plus.
• You are proficient in French, both spoken and written; you have a good knowledge of English; German is an asset.
• You distinguish yourself by your optimistic mindset, your openness to change, and your communication skills.
• In this role, you demonstrate flexibility, agility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
