Activities ###

• The open counter is our flagship and an important contact point for our customers. If there is interest, you passionately advise and serve them at the buffet
• Freshly sliced and dressed: You prepare meat products professionally and attractively and also produce homemade products such as sausages
• You manage the goods in the self-service area and contribute to them selling better.
• Customer orders via the holiday business, but also outside, are also taken and prepared
• You bear the responsibility for our daily freshly prepared lunch menu
• Support during party service assignments
• Compliance with legal regulations regarding food law and personal hygiene

Requirements ###

• Joy and flair for customer advice and in processing fresh food,
• preferably experience in meat processing
• You additionally score with professional experience in a serviced butcher shop. Experience as a cook or female cook naturally helps you in your daily work.
• You appreciate close customer exchange and love to advise
• You consistently implement quality specifications and guidelines
