For over 30 years, the Wohnheim Baumgarten in Wenslingen (BL) has provided living space for 21 impaired people across three residential groups. Around 50 committed employees create individual opportunities for the residents to enable space for a diverse and joyful life. Not only are care and occupation prioritized, but also working and living with joy in an appreciative environment.

What are your tasks

• You accompany and care for the residents, taking into account the greatest possible autonomy. The UN-BRK is a guiding principle for you.
• You actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the quality of life of all people involved in Wohnheim Baumgarten.
• You enjoy taking responsibility and share with us the joy of this wonderful profession.

What we expect

• You are self-reflective and have a quick grasp.
• You are aware of your strengths and weaknesses, can use them constructively, and bring your resources into the residential home optimally.
• Experience in working with impaired people is an advantage.
• Empathy, good powers of observation, and an assisting attitude are among your strengths.
• You have the willingness to further develop yourself and an interest in helping to optimize our institution.
• A driver's license is desired.
