As a building technician, you monitor the perfect condition of electrical installations or CVCSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, electricity) – guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times. Your tasks: Execute inspection tasks autonomously Manage maintenance and upkeep activities Ensure various requests and small repairs Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets Monitor and accompany the realization of work by mandated companies Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for the various sectors Manage small repair projects Participate in the on-call service (every 6 to 8 weeks) Your profile: Electrician installer CFC required Several years of experience in a similar activity Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites Mastery of French, English an asset Good use of usual computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Driving license required Autonomy, Team spirit, communication, sense of service and organization Ready for us?
