For the industrial company in the Solothurn region, we are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist 70-100%. The position is to be filled starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement. The place of work is located in the Solothurn region.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You are responsible for the complete payroll processing including withholding tax and all payroll-relevant social security topics
• Additionally, you take over the control of sickness and accident daily allowances as well as the correct processing of corresponding mutations
• You coordinate health management and accompany long-term absences in a solution-oriented and human way
• Accompany administrative exit processes and ensure clean processing until the final step
• You reliably administer personnel- and payroll-relevant data and ensure smooth payroll processes

You offer your new employer

• You have completed further training in the field of payroll, social insurance, or human resources
• You bring several years of experience in Swiss payroll accounting as well as sound practical experience with withholding tax and social insurance
• Sound knowledge in SAP distinguishes you
• Personally, you convince through accuracy, discretion, initiative, and an uncomplicated, service-oriented manner
