Your tasks

• You are responsible for the management of an operation with around 180 employees, who care for a high quality of life of our residents (140 care places)
• You are responsible for the operational management of Senevita Lindenbaum and directly lead the management teams
• You develop strategic guidelines to achieve the company goals
• You enjoy contact and exchange with residents, relatives, employees, as well as external partners
• You promote the regional anchoring of the operation through active networking and public relations work
• You enjoy the acquisition of new residents
• You work closely with the areas of nursing, hotel management, gastronomy and administration and promote cross-departmental cooperation
• With your innovative ideas, you constantly bring the operation one step forward
• Through the good cooperation with the headquarters, you achieve your goals effortlessly

What distinguishes you

• You have completed training as an institution manager or a comparable, qualified training with business administration knowledge
• You are anchored in the region, possess a good network and bring broad experience in acquisition
• Ideally, you have training in the nursing sector (desirable)
• You enjoy leadership and bring several years of experience in the management of an operation
• You are a captivating and stress-resistant person with a winning charisma
• You do not lose your sense of humor even in a demanding everyday routine and the role as a host is tailor-made for you
