Job Description

• Processing of production orders: professional, qualitatively flawless, on time & efficient
• Hands-on. Proactive. Production-strong.: The focus is on active collaboration on the line. Intervening in faulty / inefficient processes - reliable, thinking ahead and always where things need to be tackled
• Technology that works: setup, operation & monitoring of machines, systems & devices incl. troubleshooting & minor repairs
• Focus & perspectives: personnel development (training & further education), deployment planning in production as well as coordination tasks

Requirement Profile

• Basic technical training such as production mechanic / mechatronics technician or automation technician or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in contract logistics or co-packing or in production, mechanics or assembly
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Mechanical know-how, IT user skills & manual dexterity
• German (C1/native language) - any further language is a plus
• Decisiveness & assertiveness, sociability & reliability, willingness to learn & systematic approach
