Team Leader Technical Facility Management (100 %) The Sulzerpark in Oberwinterthur and «The Valley» in Kemptthal are two of the most exciting industrial and commercial areas in the region – evolved industrial architecture, lots of building technology, tenants from production, research, and services. You are the person on-site who knows the condition of the areas before anyone complains – and in doing so, you lead a team of four employees and one to two apprentices. What you do Walkarounds & Property Inspection: Regular inspection walks across both areas. You recognize malfunctions early, assess them correctly, and complete smaller tasks yourself immediately. Building Technology in Operation: You monitor and operate the building technical systems, perform recurring inspections, and are the first point of contact in case of malfunctions. Accompanying Craftsmen: You commission, instruct, and control external companies on the site – from briefing to acceptance. Planning: You plan maintenance proactively – maintenance dates, inspections, measures – and document cleanly what is pending and what has been completed. Leadership: You plan the deployment of your team across both locations, set priorities, and accompany our apprentices in everyday life. Coordination: You are the contact person for tenants and property management and coordinate appointments and work so that operations continue to run. Cleaning, winter service, and green space maintenance are not part of it. What you bring with you Completed vocational training in a technical or manual field, ideally Building Technology Facility Manager with a federal diploma or willingness to achieve this – or several years of equivalent practical experience in technical building maintenance, ideally with industrial or commercial propertiesTechnical understanding across several trades and routine in dealing with craftsmenFirst leadership experience – or the clear will to take the next stepIndependent, proactive way of working, proficient German, driving license Cat.
