Shape things with us! As part of our committed legal team of the Department Secretariat of the Health and Social Department, you will contribute your legal expertise, take on responsibility, and together with us, shape the social and health system of our canton - with foresight, heart, and stance.

Your tasks

• You independently instruct administrative procedures and draft decisions, especially in the area of social affairs.
• In court proceedings, you represent the canton.
• As a competent contact person, you advise the department management and the offices of the Health and Social Department on legal issues.
• You provide legal information to third parties on various legal issues.
• You contribute your expertise to the drafting of laws, ordinances, and messages.

Your profile

• You have a completed degree in law. A bar admission is an advantage.
• Ideally, you already have experience in public procedural law as well as enjoyment in drafting decisions.
• Your interest lies in social law, particularly social assistance law, and you enjoy dealing with socially relevant issues.
• With very good analytical and editorial skills, you grasp complex facts quickly and bring them precisely and understandably to the point.
• You have experience in dealing with Artificial Intelligence.
• In dealing with procedural participants as well as with municipal and cantonal authorities, you convince through your professional and solution-oriented appearance.
• As a resilient personality, you enjoy working both independently and in a team.
