What awaits you with us

You care for and accompany our patients during their dialysis treatment and take on responsibility step by step within your area of competence. You work closely with nursing specialists, doctors, and other professional groups. In doing so, you will get to know nephrological nursing in depth and develop additional professional competencies.

• Care and accompaniment of patients during dialysis
• Assumption of defined nursing and technical tasks in the dialysis process
• Observation of health status and early recognition of changes
• Documentation and service recording in the clinical information system
• Close cooperation in the interprofessional team
• Active participation in the further development of our procedures and processes

What you bring with you

• You have a degree as a Healthcare Professional EFZ and ideally bring experience from acute care.
• You communicate confidently in German. For foreign language diplomas, we require proof of language skills at least at level B2.
• More important to us than dialysis experience is that you:
• like to work independently and reliably
• find medical contexts exciting
• want to take on responsibility
• are open to learning new professional and technical competencies
• also keep the person behind the treatment in view in a specialized environment
• like to contribute to a team
