Your Tasks
-------------

• Competent support and advice for our customers in the service process
• Receipt of repair and service orders as well as preparation of cost estimates
• Appointment scheduling for workshop orders
• Assistance (mutual) Customer Service Advisor Opel & Suzuki
• Ensuring smooth communication between customers and the workshop
• Active sale of services, accessories, and additional offers
• Processing of warranty and goodwill claims according to manufacturer specifications
• Invoicing as well as vehicle handover with professional explanation of the work carried out
• Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships

Your Profile
----------

• Completed basic technical training in the automotive industry (e.g., Automotive Mechatronics Technician EFZ)
• Further training as a Customer Service Advisor is an advantage
• Professional experience in customer service or in a comparable function
• Strong customer and service orientation with a professional appearance
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; other languages are an advantage
• Driver's license category B
