As Head of Plant Construction Gas, Water & Heat, you take responsibility for an infrastructure that secures the daily lives of thousands of people. You lead your team, manage demanding construction projects and actively help shape the energy and heat supply of tomorrow. These are your tasks Lead and develop the team: You lead the Plant Construction Gas, Water & Heat department technically, organizationally and personally. In doing so, you promote your team in a targeted manner and create the basis for successful cooperation. Be responsible for projects: You plan and manage new construction, renewal and expansion projects of our gas, water and heat networks as well as the associated plants. You have costs, deadlines, quality, occupational safety and resources under control at all times. Coordinate partners: You work closely with authorities, planning offices, clients, contractors, suppliers as well as regional and supra-regional network operators and maintain a strong network. Contribute expertise: You advise internal stakeholders on questions regarding public procurement law, contract management as well as relevant standards and guidelines. Shape the future: You participate in large-scale projects, technical specialist committees and working groups, further develop processes and contribute your experience in project portfolio management. Manage finances: You are responsible for the department budget as well as long-term planning and ensure efficient use of funds.
